You can book through our online booking form, call us at (587) 585-2524, or email info@veravitaclinic.com. Our team will confirm your appointment within one business day and send a reminder 24 hours before your visit.

VeraVita Clinic operates primarily by appointment to ensure every patient receives our full attention. We occasionally accommodate same-day appointments based on availability, so we encourage you to call us if you need to be seen urgently. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.

Your initial consultation is a thorough 60–90 minute session. Your naturopathic doctor will take a detailed health history, review your current symptoms, lifestyle, diet, and any previous test results. From there, a personalised treatment plan is developed. Please bring a list of current medications and supplements, any recent lab work, and your provincial health card.

Insurance & Payments

No referral is required to see a naturopathic doctor at VeraVita Clinic. You can book directly with us. That said, sharing notes from your family physician or specialist can be valuable context for your practitioner.

Many extended health benefit plans in Alberta include coverage for naturopathic medicine visits. Coverage varies widely by plan, so we recommend contacting your benefits provider before your appointment. We provide detailed official receipts for every service to assist with reimbursement claims. Note that aesthetic services (Botox, dermal fillers) are typically not covered.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash, and direct billing to select insurance providers. Payment is collected at the time of your appointment. For IV therapy and aesthetic treatments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Treatments & Safety

Patient safety is our top priority. All practitioners are fully licensed and registered with the appropriate regulatory bodies in Alberta. We follow strict sterilisation protocols, use single-use disposable equipment for all injections, and maintain a clean clinical environment that meets or exceeds all Alberta Health Services standards.

For non-urgent concerns after clinic hours, leave a message at (587) 585-2524 or email info@veravitaclinic.com and we will follow up the next business day. For urgent medical concerns, please call Health Link (811) or visit your nearest emergency room. If this is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

Yes. We offer secure video consultations for follow-up appointments, supplement reviews, and select initial assessments where no physical examination is required. Your health records are stored securely in an encrypted electronic health record system. No personal health information is ever shared with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

Lab results are reviewed by your practitioner as soon as they are received. You will be notified by phone or email, and a full explanation will be provided at your follow-up appointment. Results are also available through your secure patient portal along with a practitioner's clinical notes.
