What to Expect

Sessions focus on areas where cellulite tends to develop — typically thighs, hips, glutes, and abdomen. Svetlana uses a combination of deep kneading, knuckle friction, rolling techniques, and rhythmic compressions to break up trapped fluid, mobilise fascial restrictions, and stimulate microcirculation. Pressure is firm and the work is intentionally vigorous — most clients feel a warming, energised sensation in the treated areas.

  • Brief intake on goals, areas of concern, and skin sensitivity
  • Warming strokes to prepare the tissue and stimulate circulation
  • Deep kneading and rolling to break down fatty deposits
  • Targeted friction and compression on cellulite-prone zones
  • Closing lymphatic strokes to flush the area
  • Recommendations for hydration and home care

Common Concerns Addressed

  • Cellulite on thighs, hips, glutes, and abdomen
  • Localised fluid retention and puffiness
  • Sluggish circulation in the lower body
  • Skin tone, texture, and firmness
  • Post-pregnancy body recomposition support
  • Maintenance after weight loss

Why Anti-Cellulite Massage

A series of regular sessions, paired with hydration and movement, gives the most visible results. Anti-cellulite massage is best thought of as a body-care practice that supports circulation and skin tone over time — not a one-off fix. Svetlana will discuss realistic expectations and a recommended cadence during your first session.
